What is Ultimate Donations?

Ultimate Donations simplifies the often complicated process of coordinating fundraisers and charity events by helping you to find product donations more quickly and easily. If you have solicited for donations in the past, you may be familiar with how tiring and time-demanding researching potential donors can be. Ultimate Donations has already done much of the research process to predict who is more likely to donate to your organization. If you're looking for a specific type of donation, we also know who is out there and what they're willing to donate.

All it takes to get those donations going is an Ultimate Donations account. We will ask you the necessary questions (like where you want your donations shipped!) and learn more about your organization in order to match you to the companies that are most likely to donate to causes and charities like yours.

How many events can I create?

You can have as many events as you like! Information and options on each event can be custom tailored to your needs.

How many accounts can our organization have?

Although you can have as many accounts as you like, we do recommend that you only create one account for your organization rather than keeping up with multiple logins. Ultimate Donations is intended to simplify the donation solicitation process and as such creating multiple accounts may needlessly complicate the planning of your events over time.

If you wish to increase the number of companies you are able to solicit, it's completely free to sign up to look at our membership plans and surveys. You can upgrade your events as many times as you like.

How do I get more donors for my event?

You can get more donors either through contributing to our service by filling out surveys, or by getting a membership plan. Each time you create an event, you'll be able to choose which method you want to take. Membership plans do yield more donors than surveys. It's completely free to sign up to look at our membership plans and surveys.

How do I create a customized list?

Just let us know that you want a customized list when you create your event. We'll ask you a series of questions about the organization, your event, and what you are looking for. Then our proprietary software works for you to select the companies from our database that are more likely to donate to you given this information.

Can I share the list of companies I get?

As part of our terms and conditions you agree that “you will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise make the Data available to any third party.” The Data is just for use with each individual event. We invest heavily to build and keep our database of companies up to date. Thank you for understanding.
